A long History

Like most modern circuits, Blyton Park started life as an airfield. Opened on 20 April 1942 as RAF Blyton, it was home to 2,355 service personnel during the Second World War. The airfield was acquired by motorsport enthusiast Richard Usher in March 2011 before being repurposed as a one and a half mile tarmac circuit. Two months later, Blyton Park Driving Centre opened for business.

Driver Feedback

An excellent venue with good supporting facilities such as food, briefing room, clubhouse, toilets etc. Focus on safety, sensible driving and track rules were clearly laid out ( but without being overly hard lined). the track staff were very helpful and supportive all day. Nice flat track with lots of bends, chicanes, and enough straights to enjoy some 'foot down' action.

The guys are friendly, cars are absolutely amazing and the instructors make your experience in the car the best you can have. Super jealous of people who get to do this as a job, the smiles on people's faces must make it worth while. I can't wait for the next time I come, this will be on every one of my letter's to Father Christmas for years to come.

A fun track. Friendly atmosphere. A bit outta the way but worth the drive. Had a planned track day, was well organised and food and drink supplied all day. Worth a visit.

The old airfield makes a lovely compact racing track. The facilities are nice , the cars are fantastic and the staff very nice and friendly. I was surprised how many people had come just to watch and picnic. A hours drive from Sheffield . Will definitely be going again and taking family .

Driving a large area within the comfort zone of caring staff, always there to advise and assist. The food facilities are good and fresh cooked food is available until mid afternoon, nothing is to much trouble. Shower and toilet facilities are also available.
