Get Started.

Here’s what to expect from a typical Track Day:

01 / 09

Sign-Up and Registration

Participants usually register in advance. Some track days are open to all, while others may require a certain level of experience or an introductory class for beginners.

02 / 09

Vehicle Inspection

Safety checks are essential before hitting the track. Your car may be inspected to ensure it’s in suitable condition for high-performance driving. Common checks include tires, brakes, fluid levels, and the car’s general mechanical condition.

03 / 09

Driver Briefing

Before the event starts, all drivers attend a briefing covering track rules, safety protocols, flags (used for communication on the track), passing etiquette, and any specific guidelines for the day. This briefing is crucial, especially for first-timers.

04 / 09

Group Sessions

Track days often divide drivers into groups based on experience level: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This helps maintain a safe environment and allows drivers to progress at a comfortable pace.

05 / 09

Track Time

Each group is allocated several sessions throughout the day, usually lasting around 15–20 minutes per session. During your track time, you’ll get the chance to practice high-speed driving, work on techniques like cornering and braking, and explore your car’s full potential.

06 / 09

Coaching and Instruction

Many track days offer optional professional coaching. Instructors can provide one-on-one guidance on driving lines, braking zones, throttle control, and other skills to help you become a more confident and skilled driver.

07 / 09

Safety and Etiquette

Safety is a top priority. Overtaking is often limited to specific sections of the track to avoid accidents, and a flag system is used to communicate track conditions, like when to slow down or return to the pit. Drivers are also expected to be aware of others and maintain safe distances.

08 / 09

Pit Stops and Breaks

Between sessions, you’ll return to the pits to cool down, make adjustments, check your car, and chat with other drivers. This is also a good time to analyze your performance and prepare for your next session.

09 / 09

End of Day Recap

At the end of the day, some track day events offer a debriefing where drivers can discuss the day’s experiences, review any improvements, and get additional feedback.
